Welcome to our Property Management Services! We offer transparent fee structures for all our applicants and tenants. Below is our detailed fee structure, which includes VAT, so you can easily understand the costs associated with your tenancy.

 Monthly Fee: 12% (Inc VAT)

Rent Collection

Setup Fee: £480.00 (Inc VAT)

Monthly Fee: 12% (Inc VAT)

Tenant Find Only Service

8.% of annual rent with minimum fee of £600 (Inc Vat)

Monthly Fee: Not Applicable

Rent Review With Market Report (Section13) : £96.00 (Inc VAT) 

Vacant Period Management: £45.00 per hour (Inc VAT)

Energy Performance Certifcate (EPC): £110.00 (Inc VAT)

Smoke Alarm Installation + One Detector: £60.00 (Inc VAT)

Carbon Monoxide Alarm InstallaOon + One Detector: £60.00 (Inc VAT)

Key Cutting (+ cost of keys): £15.00 (Inc VAT)

Fire Risk Assessment: £249.00 (Inc VAT)

Extra Property Inspection: £60.00 (Inc VAT)
